As a Kafka client, the gateway converts added data points into Kafka format and uploads the data.

Kafka parameters are as follows:
  • serverAddress: kafkaserverIP address;
  • serverPort: kafkaserverPort number;
  • Username: connectionserviceUsername;
  • Password: connectionservicePassword;

Configurationstepsas follows:
  1. deviceConfigurationClick"add"button, addonedevice(Parameter: Name-device ID, oninterval, timeout, topic-, Parameter, template), deviceParameterafterpointsavebutton;
  2. Clickalreadyadd device, afterin right side Click"add", in openwindowinselectneed to upload data point;
  3. Click the "OK" buttoncompletepoint add.
