Ping tests can be performed on the Gateway Management page.

TCPtest

Telnet tests can be performed on the Gateway Management page to check whether the service address and port are open.

Serial port tests can be performed on the Gateway Management page.

After selecting the connection parameters, enter the request message and wait for the device response to check whether the RS485 serial connection is normal.
